Fulfillment & shipping
Standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our fulfillment building, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable. Depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual.
returns & exchanges
We currently do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, nor do we accept exchanges based on sizes, colors, etc. Please review our size chart thoroughly.
wrong address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
damaged or faulty goods
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Lost packages
Once packages are shipped from the warehouses, 3E is not responsible for packages lost via USPS, UPS, DHL, or any other mail carriers. If you have questions or need assistance, please send us an email!
